The Five Ways to Wellbeing are so important to help us feel good and function well!  At Ysgolion Mochdre we love ‘Feel Good Fridays’ where we explore one of the following...

 

each week in order to support both pupil (and staff well-being). 

We believe that young children should have the knowledge and experience that certain practices can make us feel good about ourselves, or calm, or excited. We believe that this is an incredibly powerful tool for our children to have for the rest of our children's lives. 

 

After each activity, our learners reflect on their feeling before and after and identify the impact of it.  They learn about which activities they prefer and what works for them.
