This year we have started our Earth Heroes Eco Council in Ysgol Cystennin.

The aim of our Earth Heroes is to help make our school as eco-friendly as possible, focusing on all areas of school life, the local community, and our impact on the wider world.

 

This term we have created our new Eco Bubble (due to Covid-19 restrictions) which will be Year 4&5. The Eco Bubble have presented to the other two classes in Cystennin, and each class has got Eco Representatives who can liaise with Year 4&5 via e-mail and video call. Our Earth Heroes first mission is to create an action plan, with initial steps we can take as a school to help us on our path to becoming more sustainable. Each class is responsible for different areas of the action plan....watch this space to see what our Earth Heroes decide our first priorities will be!
